| When you have satisfied the clients need you have successfully gained a client for life. The cycle continues and you win! As a coach you will work with sellers and sell marketing products they
need to effectively promote their property for sale. In addition you will work with buyers who inquire about the properties in the market area you cover. Buyers will need assistance with mortgage and other related services you provide and from your trusted service providers. Keep in mind your referral to local agents for buyers or sellers who choose to work with our trusted realtor service providers is still available to you as you are licensed but will not be selling or listing yourself.
All the areas mentioned here are potential earning opportunities for a coach without listing or selling a house.
